Brooklyn Decker, Rihanna, and Alexander Skarsgard hit the blue carpet in LA last night for the West Coast premiere of Battleship. The ladies headed west after a big start to the week in NYC, where they both attended Monday's Met Gala. Brooklyn wore Tory Burch to the Big Apple fashion fest, while Rihanna donned a crocodile-print Tom Ford.

Battleship isn't out until next Friday, but the gang have been all over the world doing press for the last month. Brooklyn, Alexander, and costar Taylor Kitsch brought the picture to Europe, then Rihanna linked up for a quick tour of Asia and a stop in Hawaii for the junket. Brooklyn's doing double-duty, too, since her What to Expect When You're Expecting comes out the same day as her movie with Alexander and Rihanna!

Gwyneth Paltrow shared a laugh with her friend Amanda de Cadenet at a launch party for her new show The Conversation in NYC on Sunday. Diane von Furstenberg played host for the evening, throwing the star-studded bash at her studio. Other celebrity attendees included Diane Kruger, Rashida Jones, and Malin Akerman. Amanda was feted by some of her other A-list friends like Demi Moore and Rachel Zoe at another kickoff event in LA earlier last month.

Amanda has been able to get many of these big names to stop by her show for intimate chats already and Tr?sSugar recently talked to her about the project. She says The Conversation With Amanda de Cadenet is for "women's women" and she revealed that the area some of her subjects are most wary to talk about is their relationships. In fact, at the soiree when asked if she could interview anyone, who would it be, Gwyneth replied, "My husband. It would be really cool. I'd ask him a bunch of questions."

The Tribeca Film Festival continued last night with the premiere of Malin Akerman and Jenna Fischer's The Giant Mechanical Man. Jenna was joined at the event by the film's director and her husband, Lee Kirk, while Malin walked the red carpet in a sexy strapless dress and Carven shoes before meeting up with her handsome costars Topher Grace, Chris Messina, and Rich Sommer.

This project is just one of the many movies Malin stars in this year. She shared hilarious scenes with Jennifer Aniston in Wanderlust, and up next she's showing off her vocal abilities in Rock of Ages. Malin's not the only cast member with a major studio film in the works as both Chris and Topher have highly anticipated films headed our way this Fall. Chris has a role in Ben Affleck's CIA thriller Argo, and Topher teamed up with Amanda Seyfried and Katherine Heigl in The Wedding, both films are expected to open nationwide in October.

Malin Akerman braved the brisk beach weather to pose in skimpy clothes for a photo shoot in Malibu yesterday. She got in front of the cameras for Shape and wore a variety of looks, including a bikini that she covered up with a sheer dress. In between takes, Malin stayed warm in a plush robe and snacked on veggies. She's been busy popping up at events since last month's release of her comedy Wanderlust, with Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd. Malin made an appearance at Lacoste's Spring 2012 launch event and also showed her support at a Restoration Hardware party last week. Next, she's setting her sights on the small screen and is set to star opposite Portia de Rossi in a pilot for ABC's The Smart One.
